By the age of two St. George New Brunswick’s Tyler Deveau was singing along to George Strait on the radio. After winning an annual talent search in 2013 in Saint John, he is now laying the groundwork to make his dream of being a professional country music artist come true.
This win gave him the resources and opportunities to pursue his music career further, allowing him to fly to Nashville to meet with a top label A and R manager and well as co-write with top songwriters in the business, which have had song cut by Luke Bryan, Toby Keith, Dustin Lynch, and Cole Swindell.
In 2015 Tyler played Cavendish Beach Music Festival as the New Brunswick finalist for the CCMA’s Discovery Atlantic Program.
2016 will be a year to remember for Tyler Deveau!
Within hours of his debut album going on sale this past May it was ranked #21 on the iTunes Country chart NATIONALLY!
At radio, Tyler released the single “Heavensville” which garnered him his second Top 80 song on the BDS chart.
At Country Music Week in London, he showcased for –ole- exclusives and the Nashville creative team as part of their ‘On The Spot’ event. This was immediately followed by the news that Tyler was nominated for Country Artist of the Year with the Music New Brunswick Awards, an award he won in October
Whether Tyler is playing the stage at Cavendish Beach Music Festival or a house concert; he strives to connect with the audience through his storytelling and smooth vocals.
